Welcome to Pindrop Press. We are an independent poetry publisher based in Glasgow with our editorial headquarters in France. The press was founded in 2010 by Jo Hemmant and taken over by Sharon Black in 2016.

Our mission is to publish poetry that is exciting, well-crafted and fresh .

* Enormous congratulations to Lucy Wadham whose debut collection Fold has just been shortlisted for the Seamus Heaney First Collection Prize. Winner to be announced in July.

* We are delighted to announce the publication of What Happens to Girls by Jennifer Copley, a Faber/Ottaker winner and a former South Cumbria Poet Laureate.

* Also just released is Naked Since Faversham, by McLellan Prize winner Alex Josephy, who lives between London and Italy and is proud to call herself pan-European. Both are available in the Bookshop now.

* Also out now is Liz Bahs's collection Stay Bones.

* Other authors due for publication in 2020 are Jonathan Totman and John Biggam. We are very excited to welcome those poets on board.
